JC30 API Standard Drilling Drawworks for Oilfield Petroleum Equipment
Drawworks, also known as winch, is a light and small lifting equipment that uses a drum to wind a steel wire rope or chain to lift or tow heavy objects. Winches can lift, level, or tilt heavy objects vertically. Winches are divided into three types: manual hoists, electric hoists, and hydraulic hoists. Mainly using electric winches. It can be used alone or as a component of machinery such as lifting, road construction, and mine hoisting. It is widely used due to its simple operation, large amount of rope winding, and convenient relocation. Mainly used for material lifting or towing in construction, water conservancy engineering, forestry, mines, docks, etc.
Winch Design Features
● All shaft supports adopt roller bearings, and all shafts are made of alloy steel. The chains are equipped with forced lubrication system for stable operation.
● The drum is grooved, and both the high-speed and low-speed ends of the drum are fitted with ventilated pneumatic tube clutches.
● The brake wheel adopts circulating water forced cooling. Its surface is treated with medium-frequency quenching, featuring excellent wear resistance and long service life.
● The tooth profile of chain sprockets is processed by medium-frequency quenching. All shift clutches are involute spline tooth clutches.
● The main brake adopts band brake or disc brake. The auxiliary brake is equipped with an electromagnetic eddy current brake or EATON brake.
