"QL" Type Composite Bonnet Hydraulic Locking Ram Blowout Preventer for Wellhead Control

 

The QL Type Composite Bonnet Hydraulic Locking Ram BOP is an upgraded wellhead pressure control device manufactured strictly in accordance with API 16A standards, specially optimized for safe and efficient oil and gas well drilling and workover operations. Featuring a unique composite bonnet boltless structure, it abandons traditional cumbersome bolt connection designs, enabling rapid disassembly, ram replacement and on-site maintenance to greatly improve operational efficiency.
 
Equipped with a reliable hydraulic automatic locking and dual locking mechanism, this ram blowout preventer delivers stable and firm locking performance under long-term pressurized working conditions, effectively eliminating wellhead safety hazards. Its integrally forged pressure-bearing structure ensures high strength, pressure resistance and structural stability, adapting to various harsh downhole and wellsite environments.
 
All core sealing components adopt high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs. With strong component interchangeability and flexible adaptability, it supports multiple ram types for diverse well control scenarios. It is a high-safety, high-efficiency core wellhead protection equipment widely used in onshore oil and gas field projects.
