XJ900 Workover Rig Vehicle Mounted Oil Well Service Rig XJ350

XJ900(XJ350) workover rig is a vehicle-mounted workover equipment with a maximum hook load of 900KN, a  height of 29m and a workover depth of 4000m(73mmEUE). Drilling depth 1000(114mm drill pipe).

The whole machine can be divided into two parts: a special self-propelled chassis, driven in the form of 8 × 4, equipped with a special working device for workover operations.

 assembly: double-section telescopic , hydraulic lifting, telescopic. The inclination angle is 3.5 °, which is adjusted by lead screw; the crane is of integral box structure, and the crane platform is provided with guardrail.

Winch assembly: single drum structure, maximum fast rope pulling force 180KN, belt or disc brake, the auxiliary brake has reliable performance, and the tripping speed is constant.

Liquid and gas control system: the hydraulic oil pump adopts gear oil pump with strong pollution resistance, with reliable performance. The reversing valve adopts pneumatic control and manual control double control structure, which is simple and labor-saving in operation and concise in pipeline layout.

Main purpose:

It is mainly used for operations such as well depth ≤ 4000m, workover of oil and water wells, drilling of oil, water wells and coalbed methane wells, deepening drilling in casing of production oil wells, and opening window logging.
